The majority of our warehouse locations are open and continuing to fulfill orders as normal. However, some orders are experiencing longer than normal delays in shipping. Most orders are shipping within 1 business day but some orders are taking up to 3 business days to ship. Our team is working as quickly as possible to ship all orders.

Dear Valued Customers, Our hearts go out to all of those who have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and health of our community, including our loyal customers and employees is of utmost importance to us.
We know that our customers rely on our operations and products to keep their businesses thriving. All of our distribution centers are open at this time to provide you with the products and customer service that you have come to rely on.
We have created a comprehensive plan to protect all of our employees. We are making sure to follow all recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in their Interim Guidance for Business and Employers. We are emphasizing employees staying home if sick, using respiratory etiquette, and appropriate hand hygiene. Where employees are able to work remotely, we are having them do so.
Our local customers will not be able to pick up orders directly from our offices, but we will continue to ship all orders received. Our customer service representatives are available at regular hours at 800-831-3220. We will continue to sell online at www.dancopackagingproducts.com. We are also accessible on all social channels and will be available to answer any questions and concerns you may have in these difficult times. We are doing our best to use this time wisely so that we may come out of this situation stronger and even better equipped to serve our customers.

As mentioned in our last post JC Danczak and Danco Packaging Products were to merge as of Monday June 17th. This merge is now complete.
Accounts, passwords and all your information should be working as per usual. All products and categories are the same and have actually grown and will continue to as we add more and more eco conscious products.
If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us the support. All support procedures continue to be the same for JCD and Danco, they remain unchanged, so please continue to use the same channels you’ve been using.
I am pleased to announce that JC Danczak (JCD) and Danco Packaging Products (Danco) will officially be operating as one as of June 17th, 2019. Over the past years, many of you have asked if JCD and Danco are one in the same, and they are. We initially launched Danco as a sister site that complemented JC Danczak with a more Eco-friendly line of products. As a leader in product packaging, we tried to provide our customer with more Eco-conscious products and over the years that demand has only increased. With this merge we pledge:
To increase our efforts to help our planet We plan to provide even more products made completely or predominantly out of recycled materials. We also plan to increase products made using renewable energy when a recycled material is just not an option. In addition to our in office recycling program, we are cutting paper use by up to 90% as we move to an almost completely digital office workflow.
To merge the best of both websites JC Danczak offers a mobile site, Danco does not. Danco offers an exclusive line of Eco-conscious products, JC Danczak does not. JCD offers a more accurate shipping estimator, Danco comes close but no cigar. We are merging these and many other aspects of each site to make it the best experience we have ever offered.
End the confusion once and for all Over the years running both website has been a bit confusing at times. We fielded many a phone call with the wrong name and hearing confused customers on the other end is never a good look. We will now only be Danco and we will be the better for it and our customers will benefit from it all the more. As of Monday June 17th all jcdanczak.com traffic will be rerouted to dancopackagingproducts.com
As we work to deliver the value of the combined websites, we are equally as focused on making sure it is a smooth transition. We have worked closely with our developers to make sure any links going to a product on JCD redirects correctly to the same product on Danco. For those wondering Product numbers/SKUs on JCD will still work on Danco. In the event that you have any issues we ask that you contact us via email or call and we will do our best to get you to the correct product and also fix said link.

Greetings All, JC Danczak and its subsidiaries (Danco, BagGuy and FSO) will be shutting down from July 23rd through August 3rd for various tasks including inventory, clean up and general company upkeep.
We realize this may be an inconvenience to some of you and we do apologize in advance. Please place any orders for products you may need prior to July 20th by 10AM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will not ship until Monday August 6th.
It’s been exactly 13 days since the fire at our headquarters in Westfield, MA and we are exited to announce that we are up and running at our new offices in Holyoke, MA. As you can see from the photo it’s a bit of mess in here but the most important thing is that we have our computers up and running and we can process orders.
Why the asterisk? Well, we are still unable to ship any orders that include stationery boxes and plastic packaging tubes. Of our over 6000 products these two product lines ship from our warehouse and we are still in the process of getting those situated. All other items are available for immediate shipment.
We hope to be at full strength in two weeks time, around thanksgiving. Please bare with us as we build back from the ashes, literally. 🙂
Its been a week since the fire at our headquarters and after further evaluation we are pleased to announce that we will be up and running early NEXT WEEK!
We are in the process of moving offices and moving our inventory so we are not at 100% but we should be able to start shipping at least most of our products; this includes everything except, Stationery Boxes and Clear Plastic Tubes. These product lines should be back and ready to ship the following week.
