Weather Update: Temporary Order Processing Delays

Over the past few days, severe winter weather across the Northeast and other parts of the U.S. has impacted transportation and daily operations. Here in Holyoke, Massachusetts, we were hit especially hard, receiving nearly two feet of snow, making travel unsafe and temporarily halting order processing.

Due to these conditions, no orders were processed yesterday as roads were impassable and local travel was restricted. As of today, January 27th, our team is back in the office and actively working to catch up on all pending orders as quickly and safely as possible.

In addition to brief processing delays, this storm has also impacted major parcel carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service. Even after orders leave our facility, some shipments may experience extended transit times due to weather-related disruptions within carrier networks.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during weather events like this, which are beyond anyone’s control.
