Danco COVID-19 Shipping Update ~ 4/24/20 

The majority of our warehouse locations are open and continuing to fulfill orders as normal. However, some orders are experiencing longer than normal delays in shipping. Most orders are shipping within 1 business day but some orders are taking up to 3 business days to ship. Our team is working as quickly as possible to ship all orders.

UPS has halted their delivery service guarantee during this COVID-19 crisis.  We at Danco will continue to do our best to service our customers the way we always have, but UPS delivery times and refunds are not guaranteed during this time.  For more Danco shipping information please click here

ClearBags COVID-19 Update ~ 3/25/20

Dear Valued Customers,
Our hearts go out to all of those who have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and health of our community, including our loyal customers and employees is of utmost importance to us.

We know that our customers rely on our operations and products to keep their businesses thriving. All of our distribution centers are open at this time to provide you with the products and customer service that you have come to rely on.

We have created a comprehensive plan to protect all of our employees. We are making sure to follow all recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in their Interim Guidance for Business and Employers. We are emphasizing employees staying home if sick, using respiratory etiquette, and appropriate hand hygiene. Where employees are able to work remotely, we are having them do so.

Our local customers will not be able to pick up orders directly from our offices, but we will continue to ship all orders received. Our customer service representatives are available at regular hours at 800-831-3220. We will continue to sell online at www.dancopackagingproducts.com. We are also accessible on all social channels and will be available to answer any questions and concerns you may have in these difficult times. We are doing our best to use this time wisely so that we may come out of this situation stronger and even better equipped to serve our customers.
